Palletizing Robots & Robotic Palletizing Systems
DevelopRobotic supplies palletizing robots and complete robotic palletizing systems for end-of-line automation. A palletizing robot picks cartons, bags or crates from a conveyor and stacks them on a pallet in a set pattern, so your line runs consistently without manual lifting.
How a robotic palletizing system works
A complete system includes an industrial robot arm sized for your load and stacking height, an end-of-arm gripper (vacuum, clamp, fork or bag gripper), an infeed conveyor, pallet handling for empty and full pallets, safety guarding, and a control system with pattern programming.
How to choose the right palletizing system
Product type: cartons, bags, crates, bottles or trays each need a different gripper.
• Load weight and speed: the number of cases or bags per minute decides the robot size and gripper design.
• Pallet pattern and height: tell us the pallet size, layers and stacking pattern.
• Floor space and layout: one robot can often serve one or two pallet stations.
• Downstream steps: plan for pallet wrapping, strapping and labeling at the end of the line.
Applications
Food and beverage, building materials, chemicals, animal feed, consumer goods and logistics centers. Each system is planned around your product and pallet pattern, and it can be combined with pallet wrapping and strapping for a complete end-of-line solution.
